Service Manager - Sunrise FS

Job Description: As the service manager, this individual will oversee all irrigation projects, oversee all service technicians and will be required to schedule each day's work schedule. This individual will also be responsible for the effective repair of machinery and components at high levels of quality. Their work must be completed in a safe, professional and timely manner. This individual also must be able to perform quality work as efficiently and profitably as possible, work overtime and weekends. Specific Duties Include: Perform in-field irrigation diagnostics and repairs as required. Serve as an in-field representative for the dealership to provide service solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment.         Document machine information and repairs completed on work order, including parts and fluids used. Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines, and equipment. Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities in the dealership's area of responsibility Maintain technical and product knowledge on all systems sold within the store. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook. Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of Sunrise FS Valley Irrigation. Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service. Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner. Maintains current product knowledge of Valley and competitive products. Conducts new pivot field demonstrations Monitors customer and competitive business activity/product Responsible for training and assisting service technicians   Job Requirements: Excellent mechanical and electrical skills Valid driver's license: CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred Ability to assemble and perform maintenance functions on equipment Strong computer skills Excellent customer service skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of center pivot irrigation systems, electrical service equipment, pump panels and motors, control circuitry, single & 3 phase power, 120/240, 277/480 volt systems. 4 years' experience servicing pivot irrigation

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
